Returns and Exchanges

All full priced orders may be exchanged for a different size (if available) or exchanged for store credit within 21 days of purchase (invoice date).
Refunds will only be offered for faulty products. If you receive a faulty product, please email us immediately.
All exchanges or refund will only be accepted if they are returned in:
• Original condition with tags/labels attached,
• Unworn or unused condition, and
• Unwashed, odour free, unstained condition.
Exchange or refund is not available on sale items. Please choose carefully.
Exchange or refund is not available for the following items due to hygiene reasons:
• Bloomers
• Headband
• Beanies and Hats
Please note that return postage is at the expense of the customer. It will not be covered by Mutu. Please ensure that the postage option allows for tracking as Mutu does not take any responsibility for lost packages.
Exchange or store credit will only be processed once the package has been received by us. After we receive your parcel, please allow around 3 business days for the return to be assessed and processed.
